One day , I attended a seminar on " Stress Management " . The purpose I attended this seminar , so that I can release all the burden of my mind .
When the seminar has started , a speaker comes out with a glass of water , The speaker asks , " Ladies and gentlemen , according to your observations, how heavy is this glass of water ? "
Some of the audience answer , " 7 ounces " , there is also the answer "10 ounces" , and so on . The answer call out range from 7 - 12 ounces
Then the speaker said "The weight of this glass is not the main problem, the main problem is How long I can this glass, If I hold it for just a minute, it will be an easy thing, if i hold it for two hours, my hand will start shaking, if I hold it for a day, my hand will be numb and paralyzed."
