Recently, I just read a beautiful quote from my friend, and it was quote from Siddhartha Gautama (The Buddha),

Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders
Do not believe in tradition because they have handed down for many generation
But after observation and analysis, where you find anything that agree with reason and it conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it

Don't believe in anything simply because we have heard it, no matter it's just spoken or rumored, we have to analysis it. As well as tradition, authority of our elders, teachers
After the observation and analysis, we can know if it a good thing or not for us, if it's a good thing just live with it and share it, but if it wrong just correct it.
